Automatic Clinching
Clinching is an innovative manufacturing process, aimed at the junction of sheet metal through a cold plastic deformation.
This manufacturing process provides more considerable advantages than traditional technologies used to date (spot welding):
– possibility of joining different materials of varying thickness, galvanized or painted;
– drastic reduction of energy consumption;
– no environmental impact (no harmful vapors or gases are produced);
– high mechanical characteristics of the “product” assembled with this process;
